Barbecue Kettle Accessories is a company established in 2004 to manufacture and distribute the Smokenator concept, a patent pending accessory, to convert your kettle barbecue into an efficient and reliable smoker. The company is located in San Jose, California in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The concept came to realization when the inventor, wanted to smoke a 25 pound turkey in a kettle grill. The challenge was to keep the turkey protected from direct heat and provide a humid smoking environment in the kettle. The months of research and experiments that followed provide you with a proven and efficient method of smoking in your kettle grill.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. Any information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented or disclosed.
Security Policy:
When you purchase a Smokenator you are directed to PayPal's secure transaction servers. It is on these servers that your request, address and credit card information is entered and processed. Barbecue Kettle Accessories is not involved in the transaction and has no way of accessing your credit card number. Once your request is authorized Barbecue Kettle Accessories can accept the transaction and fulfill your order.
Return Policy:
Barbecue Kettle Accessories makes every effort to produce a quality product that you will enjoy for years. If the product is defective, return unused, within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. We will reimburse shipping and send you a replacement. If for any other reason you choose to return the unused product do so within thirty (30) days from date of purchase, you will pay the return shipping. Return Instructions:
Please contact us in advance by email before returning: info@smokenator.com. Once you have heard back from us, please fill out a return form (Smokenator Return Form). Please send the product back via USPS Parcel Post with a delivery confirmation number. Please include your return form with the Smokenator. We will need the USPS confirmation number emailed to us so we know when to expect the package. Once we receive the product, we will issue you a refund, minus the original shipping cost. The refund will come through the method that you used to purchase the product originally.
Shipping Information:
During the winter months, we ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed by 5:00 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday will ship the following day. Orders are processed the night before they ship. If you need to make corrections to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
During the summer months, we do our best to ship orders received before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on Monday – Friday. We do not guarantee Saturday shipping, but sometimes we are able to ship Saturdays.
We offer two different shipping methods. Economy ships US Postal Service Parcel Post (which takes about 4-9 days to arrive) and Priority ships US Postal Service Priority Mail (which takes about 2-3 days to arrive). Orders placed outside of the United States will ship US Postal Service, Priority Mail International (which takes about 6-10 days to arrive).
We do not guarantee that your package will arrive within the time frames listed above.
If you would like to purchase overnight shipping, please contact us. We will be happy to send you a PayPal invoice for the product and shipping.
Please be sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. If we are given an incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be charged for reshipping. If the incorrect address is our mistake, we will pay to reship your order.
California Tax
California residents will be charged 9.25% state tax. Shipping in California will be less than the typical
amount and will be adjusted at time of claiming payment. Typically 25% to 30% less.
